COVID-19 (Coronavirus) – Guest Information
OPEN for holiday and recreational stays as of 1 June 2020.
OPEN for group stays as of 3 July 2020.
OPEN for interstate travellers as of 10 July 2020.
We are taking the safety and well-being of our guests, team members and all who visit our resort very seriously. Please tell us before making a booking or prior to checking in if you are already confirmed as having COVID-19 (coronavirus) or if you are feeling unwell or exhibiting current symptoms of coronavirus, especially a fever or shortness of breath, a cough or a respiratory illness. We may ask you to complete a pre-arrival COVID-19 (on-line) survey and check-in declaration.
We are currently operating contactless services including contactless reservations, payments, as well as contactless check-in and check-out processes where possible. We also offer great reception counter service (at a safe social distance) during office hours 8:30am to 4:30pm.
Our cabins are clean, individual, well separated buildings with independent air-conditioning, natural ventilation, balconies, parking and included facilities such as bathroom, kitchen, and some with a laundry. Contactless linen service is also available.
Our dedicated team is cleaning to the highest standards, taking hygiene very seriously and we have implemented an approved Health Management Plan along with enhanced cleaning procedures and we follow all necessary recommendations from Queensland Health and the Australian Government Department of Health. Social Distancing requirements are being strongly
encouraged by the resort during this time such as persons keeping 1.5 metres away from others as much as possible, avoiding close direct contact and avoiding large gatherings.
