Our range of long-term Rental Homes are popular for minimum fixed term periods of 12 months. The homes are furnished and perfect for people requiring ready to go long-term accommodation. National Broadband Network connection is available, other utilities are already connected and metered separately. Rental is paid fortnightly and a security bond (of 4 weeks rental) is also required. Inspections can be arranged then an application for tenancy needs to be completed for approval.

Please note we do not take advance reservations or keep waiting lists for long-term Rental Homes and we cannot always assist with general long-term requests or enquiries unless they are about a listing.
